GENK OPENS RMC EURO TROPHY SEASON 2023For the international Rotax elite, things are finally getting underway this coming weekend. The opening event of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy is in the starting blocks and promises plenty of excitement in advance for the start of the 2023 racing season. More than 200 drivers have signed up for the first round of the top-class championship and will be fighting for the first points of the year in the coming days.

The RMC Grand Finals 2022. A review.BRP-Rotax is proud to announce that the 22nd edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals (RMCGF) successfully took place in Portimao, Portugal at the Kartodromo International Algarve (KIA) from November 19 to 26, 2022. With a record number of 394 Rotax racers from more than 60 nations, who earned their ticket during the 2022 season, the event also saw the biggest kart line-up ever in the history of the RMC Grand Finals.

Video: Your dream comes true. RMCGF 2022We had a fantastic week here at the Kartodromo Internacional Algarve in Portugal and crowned the champions of the 22nd Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals. Thrilling races, packed full of action and passion of our worldwide drivers and it was great to meet the whole Rotax Family, chat with old friends and made new ones.
Congratulations to our champions of the RMCGF 2022! We can't wait to meet you all again in 2023 at the Bahrain International Karting Circuit!

It is the celebration of the RMC champions and the drivers who qualify from around the world. This will be the biggest Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals to date in the 23-year history of this amazing karting event, which is uniquely LIKE NO OTHER championship in this sport.
It’s the fourth time that the RMCGF returns to Kartódromo Internacional do Algarve (previously 2012, 2015 & 2017) and the fifth occasion since Viana do Castelo 2006 in the north, that Portugal has been the host.

Sweden's first E-Kart Champions win in wild weatherThe first ever Swedish E-Kart Championship took place at the GTR Motorpark (Green Track Resort) in Eskilstuna over the weekend to crown the 2022 champions in the Rotax E20 Junior and Senior classes, Joel Bergström and Jesper Sjöberg respectively, where the competitors battled for the victory in some torrential and windy conditions at times during the racing. The debut of the national E-Kart event was a new addition to the program at the annual Prince Carl Philip’s Racing Trophy and Swedish Rotax MAX Challenge series.

E-Kart Race in Wackersdorf with Rotax E20BRP-Rotax is glad to announce a new race, namely the E-Kart Race organized by the DMSW (Deutsche Motor Sport Wirtschaftsdienst) as part of the Ger-man Kart Championship (DKM) in Wackersdorf, Germany from September 23-25, 2022. Drivers aged 12 and over can take part in the event at Prokart Raceland Wackersdorf.

First Electric Kart Cup PortugalBRP-Rotax is glad to announce the first Electric Kart Cup Portugal which is organized by the FPAK (the Portuguese ASN) in cooperation with our long-term partner and authorized Rotax Karting distributor Korridas e Kompanhia and will take place at the Portimao circuit from October 21 to 23, 2022. The announcement represents the start of a new initiative by the national federation to actively promote the progression into a future of electric-powered motorsport, beginning from the grass roots level of ‘karting’. BRP-Rotax is proud to support the Electric Kart Cup Portugal with the first title being awarded to the champions in the Rotax Project E20 Junior and E20 Senior classes.
